For the third year running we'll be making the trip down to the Carolina Games Summit at Wayne Community College at Goldsboro, NC! The dealer room at the show is a great place to find games you never knew existed, pick up the best in homemade video game memorabilia and guzzle some energy drinks!
To get behind the release of the grassroots Womanthology original graphic novel from IDW Publishing, we've invited out a few of our favorite creators from the over 150 female editors, artists, writers, inkers, colorists and letterers whose commitment made this project possible! So be sure to come by and meet Ming Doyle (Fantastic Four #600), Janet Lee (Return of the Dapper Men), and Chrissie Zullo (Fables: Cinderella)!
There will be a brief signing in the morning starting at 11 AM. Then we'll break for lunch and head over to Bennett College near downtown Greensboro, a 10 minute drive, for a very special event at 1 PM! Join us at the Global Learning Center, where we'll be turning to Greensboro News & Record editor Jennifer Fernandez to lead us in a conversation with our guests about how they got into the comic industry, how their creative processes adapt for different projects, and MORE! Admission and parking are FREE!
